摘　　要：为了满足服装、饰品个性化、多样化、高档化的设计需求,在丝绒带生产工艺的基础上,设计开发了彩丝亮光丝绒带。采用聚酯薄膜亮片丝为绒经,锦纶半光丝为地经,锦纶有光丝为纬纱,通过对地经、绒经、边经的综眼间距进行控制和组织设计,形成双梭口织造割绒工艺,一次生产出两条彩丝亮光丝绒带;再利用后整理轧带设备对其进行连续轧染后整理,制得的成品既具有绒面效果,且手感柔软,美观大方,具有闪光效应。In order to meet the design requirement of individuation, diversification and high grade of clothing and ornaments, productiontechnology of color sequined filament velvet ribbon is designed and developed on the basis of the velvet ribbon production technology. Thepolyester thin sequined filament is used as velvet warp yarn, the nylon semi-lustrous filament is used as ground warp yarn, and the lustrousnylon filament is used as weft yarn. A double shuttle weaving and cutting velvet process is formed through variation in fabric weave structureand control of the holes spacing of ground warp, velvet warp and edge warp. And two color sequined filament velvet ribbons ire produced atthe same time. Continuous rolling and dyeing with independent innovation and improvement of finishing and rolling equipment make the colorsequined filament velvet ribbons both the soft handle of flannel and flashing effect.
