摘 要:针对传统高频感应加热电源中谐振频率搜索慢、频带窄的问题,提出一种改进型全数字频率跟踪技术,该频率跟踪技术根据相位差大小,变步长改变直接数字合成器(DDS)模块的频率控制字,调节电源的工作频率以实现谐振频率跟踪。首先分析了其工作原理,并根据系统控制参数与系统动态性能的数学表达式,仿真分析其频率跟踪过程,最后通过实验验证了所提频率跟踪技术的正确性。Aiming at the problems of slow searching resonant frequency and narrow search band in traditional high- frequency induction heating power supply, a modified all-digital frequency tracking technology is proposed. According to the phase difference, the frequency tracking technology changes the direct digital synthesizer (DDS) module by var iable step size.The frequency control word adjusts the operating frequency of the power supply to achieve resonant frequency tracking.Firstly, the principle of the frequency tracking controller is analyzed and according to the system control parameters and the mathematical expression of the system dynamic performance the frequency tracking process is simulated.Finally , the correctness of the proposed frequency tracking technology is verified by experiment.
