摘  要:介绍了过江河隧道及大城市市区综合管廊中高压/特高压GIL的特殊运行环境及要求,总结了GIL常见的运行故障,从绝缘、密封、电接触、母线及外壳支撑等方面分述了GIL可靠性结构设计要求及方案;从方便现场拆装、特性监测、寻找处理故障等方面分述了GIL的适用性设计要领,提出了长线GIL设置封闭式隔离开关分段运行理念以及局放监测系统的可靠性设计理念和应用设计理念。为确保GIL运行可靠性文中还特别强调了制造质量监控的重要性,为GIL的设计、制造和运行提供有益的借鉴。This paper introduces the special operation environment and requirements of GIL withhigh voltage or ultrahigh voltage(UHV)in the cross-river tunnel and the integrated pipe corridor in large cities.The common operation failures of GIL are summarized.The design requirements and scheme of GIL reliability structure are described in terms of insulation,seal,electrical contact,busbar and shell support.The essentials of GIL applicability design are discussed from the aspects of convenient field disassembly and assembly,characteristics monitoring,fault finding and treatment,etc.The concept of partitioned operation of long GIL with enclosed isolation switch and the design concepts of reliability and application of local discharge monitoring system are proposed.In order to ensure the reliability of GIL operation,the importance of manufacturing quality control is emphasized,which may provide reference for GIL’s design,manufacture and operation.
