摘 要:特高压GIS设备中大量采用纯净SF6气体作为绝缘和灭弧介质。SF6气体的温度、湿度、纯度及其分解产物是影响特高压GIS设备可靠性重要因素之一。随着特高压工程大规模建设,出现极低温站址,此环境下SF6气体易液化和出现高概率内部放电故障,严重影响特高压电网安全稳定运行。为提高低环温下特高压GIS设备运行可靠性,文中基于不同媒介热平衡理论和一定工况下气体状态方程,并采用红外温度采集、微量气体微积分分析及电化学检测技术设计一种新型SF6气体状态管理系统。同时介绍了系统功能、硬件结构和软件控制流程。通过现场应用,数据检测可靠、系统运行稳定,应用结果表明该新型SF6气体状态管理系统可确保低环温下特高压GIS设备安全稳定运行。The temperature,humidity,purity and decomposition products of SF6 gas are important factors affecting the reliability of UHV GIS equipment.SF6 gas is easy to liquefy and induce internal discharge failure at low ambient temperature toseriously threaten the safe and stable operation of UHV power grid.In order to improve the reliability of the GIS equipment at low ambient temperature,this paper designs a new comprehensively on-line monitoring system of SF6 based onthe heat balance theory of different media and the gas state equation,in which the technologies of infrared temperature acquisition,trace gas analysis viacalculus,and electrochemical measurement are used.In addition,it introduces the system function,the hardware structure,and the software control flow.Practical applications show that this system works stably,and the measurement data are reliable,indicating the new SF6 state management system can ensure safe and stable operation of UHV GIS equipment at low ambient temperature.
