摘　　要：目的本研究通过调查分析影响乌鲁木齐市从事院前急救与院内临床科医生心理健康状况主要因素,为采取有效的心理干预提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法对230名研究对象进行问卷调查,对院前急救、院内临床科医生与全国常模SCL-90评分进行比较,采用多重线性回归的方法分析SCL-90总分的影响因素。结果院前急救医生与院内临床科医生SCL-90评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);院前急救医生与院内临床科医生SCL-90评分均高于全国常模(P<0.05),除人际关系敏感外;年龄与SCL-90总分存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市从事院前急救与院内临床科医生的心理健康状况水平均低于一般人群,应积极采取有效措施提高其心理健康水平。Objective To investigate and analyze the main factors affecting the mental health of pre-hospital first aid and clinical doctors in Urumqi, so as to provide evidence for effective psychological intervention. Methods A randomized sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 230 subjects. The pre-hospital emergency doctors, in-hospital clinical doctors and the national norm SCL-90 score were compared. The multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of SCL-90 total score. Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 score between pre-hospital emergency doctors and in-hospital clinical doctors (P> 0.05). The SCL-90 scores of pre-hospital emergency doctors and in-hospital clinical doctors were higher than those of the national norm (P < 0. 05), except for interpersonal sensitivity, and there was a correlation between age and total score of SCL-90 (P < 0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of pre-hospital emergency and in-hospital clinical doctors in Urumqi is lower than that of the general population. Active measures should be taken to improve their mental health.
