摘 要:针对可动电磁型控制驱动机构,采用单组控制棒驱动线,轴向1:1的模拟组件,模拟实堆条件下开展控制棒驱动线可靠性增长试验,寻找薄弱环节,并通过驱动机构的失效事件,分析获得了失效机理,针对性地进行优化改进。最后在复用原试验样机的基础上重新进行试验验证。结果表明,可动电磁型控制棒驱动线可靠性增长试验可寻找出驱动机构的潜在不足,经过改进设计后提高了原驱动机构的运行寿命。The control rod drive line in this paper has been adopted in the reliability growth test,which was simulated as 1:1.This test was carried out in the operating condition of the practical reactor.The service life and failure event of the control rod drive line was tested by the reliability growth test.From the failure event,we can find out the failure reasons.Furthermore we can do targeted improvement by the failure reasons.After that the experimental verification was conducted once again on the basis of the original prototype of the control rod drive line multiplexing.The result of experimental verification proved that from the reliability growth test of control rod drive line,we can find out the potential shortfalls.Furthermore we can do targeted improvement by the potential shortfalls to improve the service life of the control rod drive mechanism.
