摘  要:本文结合地铁车辆对车载蓄电池的实际应用需求,针对在日常维护中遇到遇到的棘手问题,着重研究了镍镉蓄电池的工作原理,并且对维护过程中遇到的问题进行深入的分析,找出问题的深层原因,研究出了可行性方案来评估出蓄电池的性能且给出合理的、科学的维护指导建议。本文论述的改进措施是利用电导率与溶液浓度之间存在的特定函数关系,通过将相互平行且距离是固定值的电导极板,放到被测溶液中,分别在极板的两端加上一定的电势,测量极板间通过的微小电流,得出被测溶液电导率这种方式,实施制作了蓄电池溶液浓度测试仪来对投入使用的蓄电池单体电解液浓度定期进行测试、评估及维护,使长时间运行的每组蓄电池组单体电解液浓度维持在适当的范围内,从而使蓄电池组的容量能够在维护过程中得到有效的恢复,快充能力、放电深度都能保持在一个稳定的时间内,延长使用寿命。In this paper,combined with the actual application requirements of metro vehicle car battery,according to the problems encountered in the daily maintenance,the work principle of nickel cadmium batteries is focused on,and the thorough analysis to the problems encountered in the process of maintenance is carriedon.Deep reason of the problem is found,and the feasibility program to evaluate the performance of maintenance advice and a reasonable and scientific battery is given.using the specific function relationship between the conductivity and the concentration of the solution,the parallel and the distance is a fixed value conductivity plate,into the tested solution,respectively in the plate ends with a potential micro current measurement between the plates by the measured conductivity of solution in this way the implementation of the production,the battery solution concentration tester of battery used in single electrolyte concentration regular testing,assessment and maintenance,the group of single electrolyte concentration was maintained in the proper range of each battery run for a long time,so that the battery capacity can be effectively recovered in the maintenance process,fast charge the depth of discharge capacity,can keep in a stable period of time,prolong the service life.
