摘 要:针对传统多阶段配电网规划方案在供电可靠率、线损率、电压合格率方面存在的问题,提出基于最大供电能力的多阶段配电网精准规划方案。该方案是对传统多阶段配电网规划方案的优化,首先对当前配电网精准方案及存在的问题进行分析,然后计算电网总负荷并以此作为衡量标准,为后续精准规划做准备,最后根据上述配电网规划方案存在的问题,建立多阶段配电网精准规划模型。多阶段配电网精准规划模型的建立分为四步骤:确定目标函数、确立约束条件、模型求解、结果验证与规划方案调整。结果表明:调整后的规划方案在供电可靠率、线损率和电压合格率三方面比传统规划方案分别提高了13.411%、7.326%、38.958%。Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional multi-stage distribution network planning scheme in terms of power supply reliability rate,line loss rate and voltage eligibility rate,a multi-stage accurate distribution network planning scheme based on maximum power supply capacity is proposed.This scheme is the optimization of the traditional multi-stage distribution network planning scheme.Firstly,the precise scheme and the existing problems of the current distribution network are analyzed,then the total load of the grid is calculated and used as a criterion to prepare for the subsequent precise planning.Finally,according to the problems of the above distribution network planning scheme,the multi-stage distribution is established.Network precise planning model.The establishment of a multi-stage accurate distribution network planning model is divided into four steps:determining the objective function,establishing the constraints,solving the model,validating the results and adjusting the planning scheme.The results show that the power supply reliability rate,line loss rate and voltage qualified rate are increased by 13.411%,7.326%,38.958%respectively.
