摘  要:针对含间隙凸轮高速运转中产生的平稳性降低、噪声增大、磨损加剧等问题,根据结构中动力学和运动学的特性,借助于权重理想法对含间隙高速凸轮机构中运动学和动力学多目标进行优化设计。优化结果表明:将优化后三种变系数多项式凸轮曲线和标准凸轮曲线进行比较,优化后凸轮曲线总体工作性能得到显著提高,部分曲线性能接近或超过常用的摆线凸轮曲线,其中,等权重七次变系数多项式凸轮曲线综合性能最好,噪声都相应地降低,具有较高的工程应用价值。For high-speed CAM with clearance in the process of running with reduced stability and increasing noise and wear and so on and on the basis of the characteristics of structure dynamics and kinematics,a kind of high speed CAM mechanism with clearance based on kinematics and dynamics multiple targets was put forward for optimization design.Optimization results show that we can find that the optimized CAM curves improve overall performance and part of the performance curves approach or exceed high-speed CAM common cycloid CAM curve when the three coefficients polynomial CAM curves and the standard CAM curve are compared.Among them,the weight seven variable coefficient polynomial CAM curve comprehensive performance is best and its noise is reduced accordingly.So it has higher engineering application value from these findings.
