摘 要:针对激光焊接残余应力导致的焊接件结构失效问题,以目标DCT双离合变速器内片支架与花键轴为研究对象,借助于Sysweld有限元软件建立了三维有限元数值计算模型并对焊接过程进行了数值模拟,得到了焊接过程瞬态温度场和特征点的热循环曲线,模拟得到的焊缝形貌特征与实际焊缝形貌基本吻合。在此基础上得到了焊缝内部金相组织演变和残余应力分布状况。结果表明:冷却后的焊缝区域显微组织主要为马氏体,焊接接头具有较好的强度和韧性;切向残余应力在距焊缝中心约2 mm处达到拉应力峰值,此处是焊缝最容易出现裂纹的薄弱部位。In view of the structural failure caused by laser welding residual stress,with the target DCT dual clutch transmission inner plate carrier and the spline as the study object,a three-dimensional finite element numerical model was established by SYSWELD finite element software and the numerical simulation of the welding process was carried out.The thermal cycle curves of the transient temperature field and characteristic points were obtained,the characteristics of the weld seams were basically in line with the actual welding seams.On this basis,the evolution of the metallurgical structure and the distribution of the residual stress in the weld were obtained.The results show that the microstructure of the weld area after cooling is mainly martensite,and the welded joint has good strength and toughness.The tangential residual stress reaches the peak value of tensile stress at about 2 mm from the center of the weld.This is where the weld is most vulnerable to the crack.
