摘 要:由于高压气体需求量的波动,往复式空压机排气量需要跟随需求的变化而改变。目前可应用的调节方式包括打回流调节、变转速调节、顶开进气阀调节等,其中顶开进气阀方式的调节效果最佳,但是带来的控制、结构改造难度也相对较大。针对往复式空压机气量调节的需求,建立了气量调节下的空压机工作循环改进模型,对网状阀的动作以及气缸内的压力变化进行分析,并针对不同的气量调节系统控制参数进行数值仿真,得到了不同的调节效果,分析了上述参数的影响,为系统优化设计奠定了方向。Due to the fluctuations for high-pressure gas,the displacement of reciprocating air compressor needs to follow the change in requirements.At present,the regulating methods can be applied,including the refluxing regulation,the variable speed adjustment and the pressing-off inlet valve regulation.Among them the pressing-off inlet valve regulation has the best effect,but its control technique and structural modification are relatively difficult.In this paper,according to the demand of the air capacity regulation for reciprocating compressor,an improved operating cycle model of air compressor under the capacity regulation was established.The behaviors of the netted valves and the changes of the pressure in cylinder were analyzed.Additionally,different control parameters in the air capacity regulation system were numerically simulated,the different regulating effects are obtained.The influence of the above parameters was analyzed,which lays the foundation for the system optimization design.
