摘 要:为了提高松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔深度、增大钻孔煤层进尺,利用定向钻进技术钻孔轨迹可控的优势,通过优化定向钻孔布置形式和采用定向钻进用冲洗液,试验钻孔深度超过700 m,煤中连续进尺超过400 m,在一定程度上提高了松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔深度和煤中进尺,也使得定向钻进技术在松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中具有更好的应用与推广价值。In order to improve the depth of gas extraction drillings and increase the footage of borehole in soft coal seam, taking advantage of the controllable drilling trajectory of directional drilling technology, good results were obtained by optimizing the arrangement of directional drilling and adopting the flushing fluid for directional drilling. The test drilling depth is more than 700 m, and the continuous footage in coal is more than 400 m, which to some extent improves the depth of gas extraction and footage in soft coal seam. It also has better application and promotion value for the directional drilling technology in the soft coal seam gas extraction drilling construction.
