摘  要:为研究克拉美丽气田采出水中不同Cl-浓度和局部垢沉积协同作用对管线钢腐蚀行为的影响,采用管线20钢和模拟采出水,进行动态反应釜腐蚀挂片试验,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征表面形貌及成分。结果表明:腐蚀介质在静态下,不同Cl-浓度和局部垢沉积对20钢的腐蚀影响程度依次为Cl-浓度> Ca2+浓度> HCO3-浓度> SO42-浓度> pH值;随着介质流速(0~2.4 m/s)逐渐增大,腐蚀速率随之增加,最大为0.095 mm/a,增幅为14.46%;从腐蚀形貌看,腐蚀介质在流动状态下,试样表面以均相腐蚀为主,Cl-和局部垢沉积作用形成少量点蚀坑,结合EDS谱和XRD谱分析可知,产物成分为FeCO3、FeOOH、Fe2O3、CaSO4、CaCO3。In order to study the effect of different Cl-and local scale deposition on the corrosion behavior of pipeline steel in the produced water of Kelamayi gas field,the dynamic response of hanging kettle corrosion tests of 20 steel pipeline was carried out in simulated produced water.The surface morphology and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS)and X-ray diffractometer( XRD). Results showed that under static state,the influence degree of different Cl-concentration and local scale deposition on the corrosion of 20 steel was Cl-concentration> Ca2+ concentration> HCO3- concentration> SO42- concentration> p H value in turn.With the increase of medium flow rate( 0-2.4 m/s),the corrosion rate increased gradually,and the maximum value was 0.095 mm/a,which increased by 14.46%. From the corrosion morphology,in the corrosion medium under the flowing state,the surface of the sample was mainly homogeneous corrosion,and a few pits were formed by Cl- and local scale deposition. Combined with EDS and XRD analysis,it was obtained that the corrosive products were composed of FeCO3,FeOOH,Fe2O3,CaSO4 and CaCO3.
