摘  要:以Fe-Mo预合金粉为粘结相,同时加入Ni、Mn、石墨等,采用常规的粉末冶金工艺制备了TiC钢结硬质合金。对合金制备工艺进行了分析和优化,并研究了烧结温度对合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:与采用纯Fe粉粘结相相比,采用Fe-Mo预合金粉为粘结相时,TiC颗粒变得细小而圆整。随着烧结温度的提高,Ti C颗粒逐渐长大,烧结温度1 370℃时,晶粒发生异常长大,合金在1 350℃烧结时具有最好的综合性能。TiC steel-bonded cemented carbide was prepared by conventional powder metallurgy process with FeMo pre-alloyed powder and nickel,manganese,graphite additives as binder phase. The preparation process of the alloy was analyzed and optimized,and the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the alloy was studied. The results show that TiC particles become fine and round when Fe-Mo pre-alloyed powder is used as binder phase compared with pure Fe powder binder phase. With the increase of sintering temperature,TiC particles gradually grow up. Abnormal grain growth occurs when sintering temperature is 1 370 ℃. The alloy has the best comprehensive properties when sintered at 1 350 ℃.
