摘　　要：分析了设备综合效率的内涵和损失的影响因素,阐述了如何解决统计、分析、改善、成果固化等环节的难题,为企业推进设备综合效率评价及改善工作提供了实施范例。The connotation of overall equipment efficiency and the influence factors of loss are analyzed. How to solve the problems existing in statistics, analysis, improvement, achievement solidification and other links are described. It provides an implementing example for enterprises to promote the evaluation and improvement of overall equipment efficiency.
