摘  要:针对煤气加压站PLC电源屡次烧坏的现象,进行分析试验,发现其原因是受谐波畸变的干扰,而该谐波源是来自于变频器。由于变频器的输入电抗器配置不当,总谐波畸变率远远超过了允许值。重新设计了输入电抗器并改造后降低了总谐波畸变率,取得了良好效果。The PLC power of gas pressuring station often bum-out. Make an analysis and experiment. It turned out that the reason is the interference of harmonic distortion, which comes from the frequency converter. Due to the improper configuration of the input reactor, the total harmonic distortion rate far exceeds the allowable value. After redesigned the input reactor, the total harmonic distortion rate is reduced. Good effects are achieved.
