摘　　要：针对吊车检修中机械传动卷筒联轴器拆装复杂、耗时长等问题,创新地提出了在线更换理念。通过制作简易工具,实现了在线更换,解决了更换效率低的问题。It is complicated to disassemble and assemble the mechanical drive drum coupling and needs a long time to repair the crane. The idea of online replacement is put forward innovatively. Through fabricated simple tools, online replacement is realized. As a result, the problem of low replacing efficiency is solved.
