摘　　要：儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍归属于中医的"脏躁""躁动""健忘"等范畴,病变在五脏,与五脏的功能失调密切相关。小儿为稚阴稚阳之体,脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,情志稍有变化,易致脏腑气血失和,气机升降失常,从而导致注意力缺陷多动障碍。中医(成)药以调理肝脾为重点,兼以补肾、养心、益智、安神、豁痰、开窍等方法,从脏腑或病因论治,调节脏腑的阴阳,调畅气机,维持气、血、津液的正常运行,同时配合心理行为矫正,治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍可以达到意想不到的效果。Children′s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is attributed to the category of"Zang Zao","Incitement"or"Forgetfulness"in Chinese medicine.The lesions are in the five Zang organs and are closely related to the dysfunction of the five Zang organs.The child is not so strong in Yin and Yang conditions.The viscera is rather delicate and the shape is not strong.When the sentiment is slightly changed,the Qi and blood balanced would be broken as well as the Qi movement would be interrupted,and the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is caused.Traditional Chinese patent medicine focuses on regulating Liver and Spleen,and uses methods such as reinforcing Kidney,nourishing Heart,strengthening mind,soothing the nerves,dispelling Phlegm and inducing resuscitation.It treats both the Zang and Fu as well as the cause of the disease.By regulating the Yin and Yang of the organs as well as smoothing the Qi movement,the normal operation of Qi,blood and body fluid would be maintained.Combining with psychological behavior correction,the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can achieve satisfying results.
