摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助系统软件对国医大师刘尚义教授治疗卵巢瘤的临床用药特点进行数据挖掘并分析。方法:将2014年4月至2015年4月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊卵巢瘤患者信息输入系统中,对患者的用药频次进行描述统计,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗卵巢瘤的用药特点。结果:卵巢瘤的发病与肾气的盛衰有关,157首方剂中使用频次在20次以上的药物共有15味,按药物出现的频次由高到低前3位组合分别是"鳖甲、莪术""鳖甲、冬凌草""莪术、冬凌草"。结论:通过数据分析得出刘尚义教授治疗卵巢瘤用药特点为用药精简,对症施治;吸取经典,开拓创新。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of the treatment of ovarian tumors by Professor Liu Shangyi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system.Methods:the information of ovarian tumor patients in the clinic of Professor Liu Shangyi from April 2014 to April 2015 was input the system.The frequency of drug use was described and statistically analyzed.The data mining methods such as association rules,Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering,etc.were used Supervise to explore the medicating characteristics of Professor Liu Shangyi′s treatment of ovarian tumors.Results:The incidence of Ovarian tumors was related to the conditions of kidney Qi.The frequency of 157 prescriptions used in more than 20 times was 15 flavors.The frequency of occurrence of drugs was from the top to the bottom are"Turtle shell,Curcuma zedoary","Turtle shell,Rabdosia rubescens","Curcuma zedoary,Rabdosia rubescens".Conclusion:Through the data analysis,Professor Liu Shangyi′s commonly used drugs and drug combinations in treating Ovarian tumors were obtained and how does Professor Liu Shangyi use syndrome differentiation to treat Ovarian tumors is also found out,which would open up new methods for summarizing the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners.
