宫环宁汤治疗宫内节育器副反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫环宁汤治疗宫内节育器副反应的疗效。方法:将90例宫内节育器副反应患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。治疗组患者采用宫环宁汤治疗,对照组患者采用经带宁胶囊治疗。两组均以两周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效,观察患者临床症状、体征等改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者主要症状、体征均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组患者改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫环宁汤治疗宫内节育器副反应具有较好临床疗效。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the Gonghuanning decoction on IUD slide effects.Methods:The 90 patients with IUD side effects were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Gonghuanning decoction,while the control group was treated with Jingdaining capsule(经带宁胶囊).Two weeks were used as a course of treatment in both groups.The curative effect was evaluated after three courses of treatment,and the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The main symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gonghuanning decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of IUD side effects.
