欧阳新经验降脂方治疗高脂血症(痰浊阻遏证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察欧阳新经验降脂方治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将100例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用欧阳新经验降脂方治疗,对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效以及安全性。结果:治疗后,两组患者血液流变学指标均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血液流变学指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、CK、CKMB、Cr水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、CK水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组肌痛、乏力等不良反应发生率均高于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欧阳新经验降脂方治疗高脂血症(痰浊阻遏证)与阿托伐他汀钙疗效相当,安全性较佳。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of OUYANG Xin's lipid-lowering prescription.Methods:The 100 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with OUYANG Xin's lipid-lowering prescription,while the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the hemorheological indexes of the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in the hemorheological indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in ALT,AST,CK,CK-MB and Cr levels before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in ALT,AST and CK levels before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as myalgia and fatigue in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:OUYANG Xin's lipid-lowering prescription is effective and safe in treating hyperlipidemia(phlegm turbidity repression syndrome).
