保心敷贴膏对急性冠脉综合征患者支架植入术后中医证候及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察保心敷贴膏对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者支架植入术(PCI)后中医证候及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取ACS患者64例,随机分成对照组(31例)和治疗组(33例)。对照组患者PCI后给予临床常规治疗,治疗组患者加用保心敷贴膏穴位敷贴,共贴3个月。观察治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分、血脂水平,以及炎症因子血浆基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化。结果:治疗3个月后两组患者血脂水平、中医证候积分以及MMP-9、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:保心敷贴膏对急性冠状综合征患者支架术后具有较好的保护作用,其机制可能与降低血脂及炎症相关因子水平、稳定动脉粥样斑块有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Baoxin plaster on TCM syndromes and inflammatory factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:The 64 patients with ACS were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(33 cases).Control group was given clinical routine therapy,the treatment group was given Baoxin plaster,treatment of 3 months.The changes of TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level,plasma matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were observed before and after treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the blood lipid level,TCM syndrome score,MMP-9,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baoxin plaster has a good protective effect on acute coronary syndrome patients after stenting.Its mechanism may be related to lowering the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory related factors and stabilizing atherosclerotic plaque.
