松筋针松解加中药穴位注射治疗人工髋关节术后髋部疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察松筋针松解加中药穴位注射治疗人工髋关节术后髋部疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例人工髋关节置换术后髋部疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组采用患侧臀部松筋针松解加局部中药穴位注射治疗,对照组仅口服双氯芬酸钠胶囊治疗,治疗1个疗程后,比较治疗后两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.00%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月Harris评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:松筋针松解加中药穴位注射治疗人工髋关节术后髋部疼痛疗效确切。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture of Chinese medicine pine needles and acupoint injection on hip pain after total hip replacement.Methods:The 80 patients of hip pain after Total hip replacement were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 patients in each group.The treatment group was given muscle release needle lysis plus acupoint injection of Chinese medicine and control group was given diclofenac sodium capsule group.After a course of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 85.00%in treatment group and 70.00%in control group.There was statistical difference on total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment(in 1 month,2 months and 3 months),compared with those before treatment,the difference of Hip functional the hip function score(Harris score)was statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of Chinese medicine pine needles and acupoint injection shows exact curative effect on hip pain after Total hip replacement.
