新型材料在盲道建设中的应用

摘　　要：盲道砖的材质主要有预制混凝土、大理石、花岗岩以及橡胶塑料类、金属类、高分子材料类等。中国盲道目前大多采用预制混凝土盲道砖,这种盲道砖的典型特点是不耐磨、质感硬、易毁坏。日本锦城护胶股份有限公司设计的弹性橡胶盲道,则解决了这一问题。对此,从新材料盲道的设计特点、类型及施工工艺这3个方面进行论述,以期对中国盲道建设起到借鉴作用。There are several kinds of materials for blind track bricks,such as precast concrete,marble,granite,rubber and plastics,metals,macromolecule materials,etc.At present,bricks made of precast concrete are mostly used for blind tracks in China,but the typical characteristics of this kind of bricks are non abrasion resistance,hard texture and vulnerability.HODOHKUN Guideway,a new material designed by a Japanese design company,adopts elastic rubber material,which can solve this problem well.This paper discusses the new material from three aspects of design characteristics,types and construction technology in blind road,in the hope of providing a reference for the construction of blind tracks in China.
