旋覆代赭汤加减治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察旋覆代赭汤加减治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期呕吐的疗效。方法:将90例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期患者分为治疗组、对照组、联合治疗组,每组30例。治疗组患者用旋覆代赭汤加减治疗,对照组患者用盐酸昂丹司琼注射液静脉推注治疗,联合治疗组患者用盐酸昂丹司琼注射液静脉推注+旋覆代赭汤加减联合治疗。治疗前、治疗后观察患者呕吐评分及生存质量(KPS、QLQ-C30)评分,比较3组患者治疗后临床疗效及安全性。结果:3组患者治疗后呕吐评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者呕吐评分低于治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者在第1天至第3天评分降幅高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);联合治疗组患者第3天呕吐评分降幅高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后KPS评分、QLQ-C30评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后KPS评分和QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者治疗后KPS评分和QLQ-C30评分增幅高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);联合治疗组患者治疗后KPS评分、QLQ-C30评分增幅高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的临床疗效(96.43%)优于治疗组(89.66%)和对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:旋覆代赭汤加减治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期呕吐,能显著缓解呕吐,提高患者生存质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction in the treatment of vomiting during chemotherapy of gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 90 patients with gynecological malignant tumors during chemotherapy were divided into the treatment group,the control group and the combination group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction,the patients in the control group were treated with intravenous injection of ondansetron hydrochloride injection,and the patients in the combination group were treated with intravenous injection of ondansetron hydrochloride+Xuanfu Daizhe decoction.The vomiting score and quality of life(KPS,QLQ-C30)scores were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the vomiting scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the vomiting scores of the combination group were lower than those of the treatment group and the control group.The scores of the patients in the treatment group decreased more than those in the control group from the first day to the third day(P<0.01).On the third day,the vomiting scores of the combination group were higher than those of the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores and QLQC30 scores of the three groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);There was significant difference among the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).The KPS scores and QLQ-C30 scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment.The KPS scores and QLQ-C30 scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the KPS scores and QLQ-C30 scores in the combination group were higher than those in the treatment group(P<0.05).The combination group showed better clinical efficacy(96.43%)than the treatment group(89.66%)and control group(75.00%).Conclusion:Xuanfu Daizhe
