重庆950名高职高专医学生中医体质调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆高职高专医学生中医体质分布状况及特点,为大学生健康教育及预防体质相关疾病提供依据。方法:采用中华中医药学会颁布的《中医体质分类与判定自测表》,结合基本人口学特征,制定调查表,对重庆某医药高等专科学校5个专业不同年级在校大学生959人进行问卷调查。结果:回收有效问卷950份。学生平和质378人,占总数的39.8%;偏颇质572人,占总数的60.2%。偏颇体质(单纯体质与兼夹体质中相应体质之和共1825例)由多到少分别为:阳虚质310例(32.6%)、湿热质269例(28.3%)、阴虚质267例(28.1%)、痰湿质236例(24.8%)、气虚质229例(24.1%)、气郁质215例(22.6%)、血瘀质184例(19.4%)、特禀质115例(12.1%)。结论:重庆高职高专医学生体质分布情况与一般人群接近,8种偏颇体质中阳虚质、湿热质、阴虚质居前3位。不同年级、不同专业及是否坚持体育锻炼的学生中医体质分布有差异。Objective:To understand the distribution and characteristics of TCM constitution of chongqing higher vocational medical students.It provides a basis for health education and prevention of constitution-related diseases in college students.Methods:The combination of constitution determination scale and the basic demographic characteristics was used in this study.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 959 college students of five majors and different grades in a medical college in Chongqing.Results:A total of 378 students(39.8%)were identified as ones with peaceful constitution,while the other 572 students(60.2%)were identified as ones with biased constitution.There were 310 cases of Yang deficiency(32.6%),269 cases of moist heat(28.3%),267 cases of Yin deficiency(28.1%),236 cases of phlegm and dampness(24.8%),229 cases of Qi deficiency(24.1%),215 cases of Qi stagnation(22.6%),184 cases of blood stasis(19.4%),and 115 cases of essence(12.1%).Conclusion:The distribution of TCM constitution of higher vocational medical students in Chongqing is close to that of the general population.Among 8 kinds of biased constitutions,Yang deficiency,moist heat and Yin deficiency are the top three.Different grades,majors and students who insist on physical exercise have different physical constitution distribution.
