基于《圣济总录》方剂研究补骨脂的临床应用规律

摘　　要：目的:了解《圣济总录》中补骨脂的应用配伍情况,为临床补骨脂更好的应用提供参考。方法:检索《中华医典(电子丛书)》“方书类·综合方书·宋元方书·圣济总录”,总结归纳含有补骨脂的方剂,分析补骨脂的临床应用规律。结果:共收集到149首含有补骨脂的方剂。补骨脂多应用于丸剂中,其最大量可用至10两;补骨脂组成配方的药物其性味归经多与补骨脂相同或相近;含有补骨脂的方剂主要应用于治疗虚损及寒性疾病。结论:通过对《圣济总录》中含补骨脂药物的方剂研究,可更好地发挥补骨脂的临床疗效。Objective:To understand the application and compatibility of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)in Sheng Ji Zong Lu,and to provide reference for clinical application of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L).Methods:The Chinese Medical Dictionary(Electronic Series),"medical formulary,comprehensive medical formulary,song and yuan medical formulary,Sheng Ji Zong Lu"was searched.Prescriptions containing Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)were summarized and the clinical application of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)was analyzed.Results:A total of 149 prescriptions containing Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)were collected.The Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)is mostly used in pills,and the maximum amount can be used up to 10 Liang.The composition of the Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)formula is the same or similar to that of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L).The prescription containing Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)is mainly used to treat the vacuity detriment and cold disease.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)can be better achieved through the study of the prescriptions of Buguzhi(psoralea corylifolia L)in Sheng Ji Zong Lu.
