摘 要:随机选取72只养殖月龄为13个月的池塘专养模式同生群中华鳖幼鳖为研究对象,在表型测定的基础上,采用多元分析方法定量研究了幼鳖形态性状对BW(体质量)和NW(净体质量)的影响效应。结果表明:(1)在本研究所涉28项形态性状中,与体质量、净体质量间相关关系均未达到显著水平的仅为X1(体长)、X16(裙边厚)、X20(左前肢上臂长)和X25(左后肢下臂长)(P>0.05);(2)经通径分析,BW与被保留的X3(体高)、X7(颈长)和X17(腹甲长)间的决定系数和复相关指数均为0.885,NW与被保留的X3、X4、X7、X17间的决定系数和复相关指数均为0.878,其中对BW直接作用、间接作用最大者均为X7,而对NW直接作用、间接作用最大者则分别为X7和X17;(3)经偏回归分析,BW、NW最优估算方程分别为:BW=3.312X3+1.940X7+1.94X17-25.292,NW=2.718X3+1.481X4+1.586X7+1.253X17-21.542。72 Juvenile Trionyx sinensis were randomly selected from a pond with a culture age of 13 months as a research object and use multivariate analysis method study effects of morphological characters on BW (body mass) and NW (net body weight) of juvenile T. sinensis on the basis of morphological determination. The results show that:(I) In the 28 morphological traits covered in this study, there was no significant correlation between body mass and net body mass, only X1 (body length), X16 (skirt thickness), X20 (upper arm length of left forelimb) and X25 (left posterior lower arm length)(P<0.05);(2) By path analysis the multiple correlation index was 0.885 with BW and retained were X3 (body height), X7 (neck length) and X17 (ventral nail length), about NW was 0.878 and retained were X3 (body height), X4 (head length), X7 (neck length), X17 (ventral nail length). Among them, the biggest direct and indirect effects on BW both X7, on NW are X7 and X17 respectively;(3) By partial regression analysis, the optimal morphological estimation equations of BW and NW respectively are: BW=3.312X3+1.940X7+1.94X17-25.292, NW=2.718X3+1.481X4+1.586X7+1.253X17-21.542.
