摘 要:设计了四因素四水平的正交实验,四因素分别为:弹头形状、靶板厚度、入射速度、入射角度。分析了弹丸侵彻Weldox 460E装甲钢板过程中各因素对抗弹性能的影响,提出了以弹体剩余速度ΔV和弹体剩余动能ΔE为靶板抗侵彻性能评价指标,并获得各因素对试验指标的影响程度。实验结果表明:以弹体剩余速度为评价指标,影响侵彻过程的最大因素为弹头形状,以弹体剩余动能为评价指标,影响侵彻过程的最大影响因素为入射角度。Four factors and four levels of orthogonal experiments were designed.The four factors were warhead-shape,target thickness,incident speed and incident angle.The influence of various factors on the elastic energy of the projectile penetrating Weldox 460E armor plate was analyzed.The influence of various factors on the elastic energy of the projectile penetrating the Weldox 460E armor plate was analyzed.The residual velocity of the projectile and the remaining kinetic energy of the projectile were proposed as the target for evaluating the anti-penetration performance of the target,and influence level of the factors were obtained.The experimental results show that the maximum factor affecting the penetration process is the shape of the warhead.The residual kinetic energy of the projectile is used as the evaluation index.The biggest influencing factor of the penetration process is the incident angle.
