摘 要:采用湿式催化氧化法对垃圾渗滤液进行处理,制备了活性炭载铜、铁系列催化剂,以O3/H2O2为氧化剂,COD去除率为考察指标,考察了反应工艺条件对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果。结果表明:在焙烧温度为600℃,Cu、Fe物质的量比为3∶1时,制得的Cu-Fe/AC复合催化剂的催化剂活性相对较好;当水样体积为20mL,H2O2投加量为0.5mL,O3通入时间为25min(O3流量为5g/h),催化剂投加量为1g时,pH值在2~4和10~12时的COD去除率较好。Wet catalytic oxidation was used to teat landfill leachate, series catalysts of copper and iron carrying activated carbon were prepared. With H2O2/O3 as oxidant, removal rate of COD as investigation indicator, the effect of reaction condition on landfill leachate treatment was studied. The results showed that, Cu-Fe/AC composite catalyst prepared under the condition that calcinations temperature was 600 ℃, mass ratio of Cu to Fe was 3 ∶ 1, had relatively good activity. When the water sample quantity was 20 mL, the H2O2 dosage was 0.5 mL, the O3 aeration time was 25 min(flow of O3 was 5 g/h), the catalyst dosage was 1 g, the pH value was 2 - 4 or 10 - 12, good removal efficiency of COD could be obtained.
