摘 要:针对某矿山污水成分复杂,水量、水质波动性大,SS浓度高,重金属浓度高的特点,设计采用沉淀预处理-电絮凝组合工艺。运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水水质达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准的要求。该工艺具有处理成本低、污泥量少、占地面积小、去除效率高、能耗低、利于有价金属回收等特点。In view of the characteristics of the heavy metal-containing sewage of a mine such as: complex composition, large fluctuation of water quantity and quality, high concentration of SS and heavy metal ions, and so on, pretreatment-electric flocculation combined process was adopted. The operation results of the project showed that, the system ran stably, the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The said process had advantages of low processing cost, small sludge volume, small floor space, high removal efficiency, low energy consumption, favorable recovery of valuable metals and so on.
