摘　　要：为了提高墙板生产线的生产效率,研发了一种下线用堆垛机。完成了堆垛机液压系统设计;采用西门子S7-200 PLC,根据堆垛机工作原理和工艺流程,完成控制系统的软硬件设计,使堆垛机运行更加平稳,提高了墙板生产线的运行效率。In order to improve the production efficiency of wallboard production lines, a finished products stacker is developed. The hydraulic system of the stacker is designed. The Siemens S7-200 PLC is used in the software and hardware design of the stacker control system according to the working principle and process flow, which makes the stacker run more smoothly and improves the operating efficiency of the wallboard production line.
