摘 要:针对压载水灭菌紫外灯电源的热设计要求,采用风冷散热的设计思路,以SolidWorks三维软件进行整体结构布局设计,再利用FloEFD热仿真软件进行热耗功率仿真,较好地解决了电源机箱的整流桥、绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)等器件的散热问题。整个方案具有设计合理、紧凑、可靠性高的优点。最后通过试验,验证了整个机箱热设计的合理性和FloEFD热仿真软件的实用性。For the thermal design requirements of the power supply of sterilized UV lamps for ballast water, this paper adopts the design idea of air-cooling heat dissipation, and designs the overall structure layout with SolidWorks 3D software, and then uses FloEFD thermal simulation software to simulate the heat consumption power. The heat dissipation problem of the rectifier bridge of the power supply chassis and the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)is well solved. The whole solution has the advantages of reasonable design, compactness and high reliability. Finally,through the experiment, the rationality of the thermal design of the whole chassis is verified, which shows the practicability of the FloEFD thermal simulation software.
