摘 要:文章基于金融租赁商务模式的分析研究,对无人机技术在物流工程领域的管理环境、技术环境及作业环境进行了深入分析及应用可行性分析。通过无人机配送案例,给出了基于金融租赁商务模式下,无人机生产商,银行以及第三方物流企业合作运作的商务主体机制,构建了基于第三方物流企业的管理模式。并且针对目前无人机配送存在的问题,给出了无人机配送的业务流程及控制架构。为我国基于电子商务环境下现代物流服务质量的提升提出了一个解决方案。Based on the analysis and research of financial leasing business model, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and application feasibility analysis of UAV technology in the field of logistics engineering management environment, technical environment and operating environment. Based on the drone distribution case, the business main mechanism based on the financial leasing business model,the drone manufacturer, the bank and the third-party logistics enterprise cooperated, and the management mode based on the third-party logistics enterprise was constructed. In view of the problems existing in the current UAV distribution, the business process and control architecture of UAV distribution are given. This paper proposes a solution for the improvement of modern logistics service quality in China based on e-commerce environment.
