摘 要:目的:筛选出辣木叶改善睡眠复方颗粒剂的最佳成型工艺条件。方法:考察不同类型的辅料(乳糖、甘露醇、糊精、麦芽糊精、可溶性淀粉)对辣木叶改善睡眠复方颗粒成型的影响,以制备颗粒剂的成型性、溶解性、流动性及抗吸湿性作为考察的关键粉体学性质指标综合评价,优选出辣木叶改善睡眠复方颗粒剂的最佳处方及成型工艺。结果:辣木叶改善睡眠复方颗粒浸膏粉采用湿法制粒时优选出的辅料为乳糖,其最佳处方组成为浸膏粉∶乳糖=1∶ 1制粒,按此比例所制的颗粒成型性、溶解性及流动性均良好且不易吸湿,较为理想。结论:该颗粒剂所选辅料合理,成型制备工艺简便可行,为进一步颗粒剂质量评价及工业化生产奠定基础。Objective: To select the optimal molding technology for compound formula of Moringa Oleifera to improve sleep. Methods: With particles of formability, liquidity, dissolubility, mobility and anti-moisture absorption as key assessment indexes, the influence of different excipients, including lactose, mannitol, dextrine, maltodextrin and soluble amylum, on the compound formula of Moringa Oleifera to improve sleep were investigated to select the best molding technology by adopting a comprehensive scoring method. Results: Lactose is the best excipient for the compound formula of Moringa Oleifera to improve sleep. The dry extract powder to lactose ratio is 1∶ 1. According to this proportion, the obtained granules were ideal. Conclusion: The selected excipient is suitable, the optimal condition is simple and convenient, which lays the foundation for further quality evaluation of granule and industrialized large-scale production.
