摘　　要：本文基于开阖枢理论,深入分析北京中医药大学赵志付教授治疗情志病“两纲四型十六证”之中“柔虚证”的辨证体系、诊疗思路及用药经验。为临床治疗情志病提供理论指导。This study analyzed the system of syndrome differentiation, clinical thinking, experience of medication of professor ZHAO Zhifu based on the theory of "open-close pivot", when treating emotional diseases of soft-deficiency among two outlines, four types, and 16 syndomes. It provided theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of emotional diseases.
