摘 要:以某船厂所使用的A型吊耳为例,使用有限元法对吊耳进行工作平面内180°范围的受力分析,得到吊耳的极限载荷,对吊耳结构进行优化;以某分段吊装为例,采用有限元法分析吊耳和分段的强度;结果表明,当吊耳过大时,分段本身应力集中明显,安全性降低;目前使用的吊耳存在一定的优化余地;在吊装重要的大型分段前有必要对整个分段进行受力分析。Taking the type A lifting lug used in a shipyard as example,the force of the lifting lug within 180° in the working plane was analyzed by the finite element method,so as to obtain its ultimate load curve and optimize the structure of lifting lug.The FE model of a block was established to analyze strength the block and the lifting lugs. The numerical results showed that if lugs were too large,stress concentrations in the block will be more obvious and the block will be more vulnerable to damage;there is a certain margin of optimization for the lugs used at present;tt is necessary to analyze the strength of big blocks and lugs before lifting.
