摘　　要：目的探讨EMS1(mammary tumour and squamous cell carcinoma-associated gene1)蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测65例胰腺癌组织中EMS1蛋白的表达情况,分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果在胰腺癌组织中EMS1蛋白的表达率(78.5%)明显高于其在癌旁组织中表达率(35.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EMS1蛋白表达与胰腺癌的组织分化程度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论EMS1蛋白在胰腺癌发展、侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用,可能成为胰腺癌预测其转移趋势及预后的有价值指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of EMS1 in pancreatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of EMS1 protein in 65 cases of pancreatic cancer,and the relationship between EMS1 protein expression and clinicopathologic factors was analyzed. Results The positive rate of EMS1 expression was significantly higher in the pancreatic cancer tissues than that in adjacent normal tissues (78.5% vs.35.0%, P < 0.05 ).EMS1 protein expression was closely related to the histological differentiation,clinicopathological stage and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer ( P <0.05). Conclusion EMS1 protein plays an important role in the development,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer,and may be a valuable marker for predicting the metastasis trend and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
