摘 要:为了实现加工中心圆盘式刀库在分度过程中运动平稳、定位精确、承载能力大的功能特点,利用空间包络曲面的共轭原理建立了圆盘式刀库驱动用圆柱分度凸轮机构的数学模型并分析获取了圆柱分度凸轮的工作轮廓数据,使用NX三维软件对圆柱分度凸轮进行参数化建模。基于NX仿真模块建立机构的虚拟样机,进行机构动态仿真分析并输出相关特性曲线。仿真结果表明:圆柱分度凸轮机构设计方法正确,对机构的进一步优化设计以及制造具有参考价值。In order to realize the function features of smooth centering, precise positioning, and large carrying capacity in the indexing process of the machining center disc type tool magazine, the mathematical model of the cylindrical indexing cam mechanism for the disc type tool magazine is established using the conjugate principle of the space envelope surface. The working contour data of the cylindrical indexing cam was obtained by analysis, and the cylindrical indexing cam was designed and parametrically modeled using NX three dimensional (3D) software. The virtual prototype based on NX simulation module was established to perform kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis and output relevant characteristic curves. The simulation result data shows that the design method of the cylindrical indexing cam mechanism is correct, and it has reference value in the further optimization design and manufacture of the mechanism.
