摘  要:膨胀技术广泛应用于钻井和堵塞领域中,膨胀力是膨胀技术的重要技术参数,也是膨胀工具设计的依据。为了确定膨胀力的计算模型,结合膨胀管的实际受力情况作出基本假设,采用了弹性理论分析的方法对膨胀管进行力学分析,得到了膨胀管膨胀力理论计算模型。对膨胀半锥角为10°的膨胀锥体通过膨胀管后的膨胀力进行理论计算,结果表明:膨胀力的理论值与实测值较为一致,证明了膨胀力理论计算模型的正确性和合理性。膨胀力理论计算模型为膨胀工具的设计提供了依据。Expansion technique is widely used in the field of drilling and blocking, Expansive force is an important technical parameter of expansion technique, also is the basis of expansion tool design. In order to determine the expansive force calculation model, combining with actual stress status of the expandable tube to make basic assumptions, using the elastic mechanics theory to analyze the expandable tube, the expansion force calculation model of the expandable tube was gotten.Making expansion vertebral body which half expansion cone angle was 10 degrees. The expansive force was calculated theoretically by means of the expansive tube, The result show that the theoretical value is roughly identical to the measured value for the expansive force, proving the correctness and rationality of the theoretical calculation model of expansion force. Expansive force calculation model provides theoretical support for the design of the expansion tools.
