摘  要:设计了圆弧型极板油液监测电容传感器的结构,应用电磁场理论对传感器的电容值及检测场的灵敏度进行了计算和分析;应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对传感器内部的电势分布和场强分布进行了仿真,得到与计算结果相一致的传感器特性,即传感器检测场内部灵敏度分布不均,在靠近极板边缘处灵敏度高,在中心处灵敏度低。应用正交实验法,对此结构传感器的主要参数进行了优化,得到了一组最优的结构参数,同时提出了传感器两对极板相错90°的极板优化排列方案。The structure of the circular plate capacitance sensor for oil monitoring is designed, and the electromagnetic field theory is used to calculate and analyze the capacitance value of the sensor and the sensitivity of the detection field. ANSYS finite element analysis software was applied to simulate the electric potential distribution and field intensity distribution inside the sensor, and the sensor characteristics consistent with the calculation results were obtained. The sensitivity distribution of the sensor field was not uniform, the sensitivity was high near the edge of the plate, and the sensitivity was low at the center. Using orthogonal experiment, the main parameters of the sensor were optimized. A set of optimal structural parameters are obtained, at the same time, the optimal arrangement scheme of two pairs of plates with 90° degrees interlacing is presented.
