摘 要:基于传热学及有限元理论,采用SolidWorks三维建模软件,建立60kg/m、U75V重轨三维瞬态非线性有限元模型。采用ANSYS Workbench对重轨轧制后自然空冷过程中的温度场进行有限元数值模拟。结果表明:重轨在冷却过程中及终冷时刻,轨头的温度始终最高,轨腰、轨底依次降低,两端部分其温度较中部温度低。重轨在冷却过程中及终冷时刻,其横截面上的温度均不相同,其主要是受重轨的固态相变与重轨异型截面的影响。Based on the theory of heat transfer and finite element (FE) theory, three-dimensional (3D) transient nonlinear FE model of U75V heavy rail with 60 kg/m is established by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software. ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate numerically with FE the temperature field of the heavy rail during natural air cooling process. The results show that Heavy rail in the cooling process and the final cooling time, the temperature of the rail head is always the highest, and the waist of the rail and the bottom of the rail are reduced in turn, and the temperature at both ends is lower than that of the central part. Heavy rail in the cooling process and the final cooling time, its temperature of the cross-section is not the same, the main reason is due to heavy rail solid phase transition and heavy rail irregular cross-section of the impact.
