摘　　要：外委施工方的安全对总包单位的安全生产最终将产生重大的影响,为提升胜利露天煤矿外委单位运输车辆的安全管理,确保胜利露天煤矿安全、高效生产,分析了外委承包的优缺点,介绍了智能车辆监控系统的作用,并对胜利露天煤矿外委运输车辆加装智能车辆监控系统的必要性进行了阐述,通过实际应用效果,探索出适合胜利露天煤矿外委运输车辆的安全管理方法。safety of the outsourcing construction parties have great influence on the total contract units safety production,in order to improve the safety management of the outsourcing unit transportation vehicles in Shengli open pit coal mine,ensure the mine safe and efficient production,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the outsourcing,introduce intelligent vehicle monitoring system function,the necessity of adding the intelligent vehicle monitoring system to the transportation vehicle of the outsourcing in Shengli open pit coal mine is expounded.Through the practical application effect,the safety management method suitable for the transportation vehicle of Shengli open pit coal mine outsourcing unit is explored.
