摘  要:地表水系丰富,岩层含水量大的露天矿在开采过程中,含水量大的岩石台阶提高钻孔成孔率和爆破作业质量一直是采矿工程中的一项技术难题,穿孔、爆破环节质量如果得不到保证,对后续的采装工序影响巨大。通过合理规划排水系统,提高清扫台阶作业质量,严格执行护孔规定,现场穿孔后立即进行爆破作业,标准台阶爆破采用分行爆破排水,高段台阶采用单行孔爆破,改进药包结构等技术措施的实施,成功解决了含水台阶钻孔成孔率低,爆破效率低的技术难题。Surface water system is abundant and rock water content is large in the open-pit mining process.It is always a technical problem in mining engineering to improve drilling hole rate and blasting operation quality by rock bench with large water content.If the quality of perforation and blasting links is not guaranteed,it will have a great impact on the subsequent mining and loading process.Through rational planning of drainage system,improve the quality of cleaning bench operation,strictly enforce the regulations of protecting holes,carry out blasting operation immediately after site perforation,adopt separate blasting drainage for standard bench blasting,adopt single-row blasting for high bench,improve the structure of charge and other technical measures,and successfully solve the hole-forming rate of water-bearing bench drilling.Technical problems of low blasting efficiency.
