摘　　要：DWY3000型全液压轮斗挖掘机是国内自主研发、生产制造的国产设备,并且是国内首次应用在采煤工程中的轮斗挖掘机;它不仅可以采掘厚煤层还可以采掘200~300mm厚的极薄煤层,同时还能剔除煤层中超过200mm厚的夹矸,产出煤粒度均小于300mm。研究分析了其作业参数对生产能力的影响,对生产能力进行了分析核定。DWY3000 full hydraulic bucket excavator is a domestically produced equipment independently developed and manufactured in China,and is the first used in coal mining projects in China,which can not only extract thick coal seams but also mine very thin coal seams with thickness of 200 mm to 300 mm,and remove more than 200 mm thick clamps in coal seams,and the coal size is less than 300 mm.The mfluence of operation parameters on production capacity is studied and analyzed,and the production capacity is analyzed and verified.
