摘　　要：安家岭露天矿生产二队借鉴先进的管理模式和理念,通过对原有的管理模式加以完善和改进,制定出了与生产二队相适应的新型管理模式。新管理模式在未增加任何专职管理人员和管理机构的情况下,极大地提升了安全、生产管理水平,设备效率大幅提升高。The second team of Anjialing open-pit mine draws lessons from the advanced management mode and improves the original management mode,and formulates a new management mode suitable for the second production team.New management mode without the addition of any dedicated managers and management bodies,greatly improves the level of safety and production management,and the efficiency of the equipment has been greatly improved.
