摘 要:以地表水、生活污水、工业废水水样为研究对象,采用过滤法、絮凝沉淀法和蒸馏法等对水样进行预处理,比较不同预处理方法对氨氮测定的影响。结果表明,地表水建议采用直接过滤法进行预处理,生活污水可采用絮凝沉淀法或蒸馏法进行预处理,而工业废水宜采用蒸馏法进行预处理。在氨氮测定中,针对不同类型的水样,应选择合适的预处理方式,确保快速、准确地检测氨氮数值。Water samples such as surface water, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater were pretreated by filtration, flocculation and precipitation and distillation, and the effects of different pretreatment methods on ammonia nitrogen determination were compared.The results showed that direct filtration is recommended for pretreatment of surface water, flocculation sedimentation or distillation for domestic wastewater, and distillation for industrial wastewater.In the process of ammonia nitrogen determination, suitable pretreatment methods should be selected for different types of water samples to ensure the rapid and accurate detection of ammonia nitrogen.
