摘 要:在智能手机与LED手电筒等电子产品中,均需对锂离子电池进行充电,针对锂离子电池充电器进行了软件和硬件的设计。软件是基于单片机8051F020程序设计,实现了电池失效的筛选、充电速度快、充电电压电流稳定、充电锂离子电池多规格的自动识别、充电结束自动关闭输出,充电过程具有过温保护,输出过压欠压保护,输入输出反接保护等功能,并能实时监测和显示充电状态。硬件上的AC/DC是通过TOP234控制的反激电路实现,充电电流监测是通过LT6106实现,过温保护是通过温度开关KSD-01F组成的电路实现,输出过压欠压保护是通过瞬态抑制二极管P6KE6.8CA和P6KE12以及三极管2SC945组成的电路实现,输入输出反接保护是通过凌特LTC4357芯片组成的电路实现,针对电网电压电流浪涌采用热敏电阻NTC16D-11进行抑制,确保AC/DC输入电压稳定。该款充电器对不同规格的锂离子电池智能充电具有高效,安全、稳定、智能可靠的特点。In this paper,the software and hardware of lithium-ion battery charger are designed.The software is based on 8051F020 MCU program design.It realizes screening of battery failure,fast charging speed,stable charging voltage and current,automatic identification of multi-specifications of charged lithium-ion batteries,automatic closing of output after charging,and functions of over-temperature protection,over-voltage and under-voltage protection of output and input-output reverse connection protection during charging,as well as real-time monitoring and displaying of charging status.AC/DC on hardware is realized by flyback circuit controlled by TOP234,charging current monitoring is realized by LT6106,overtemperature protection is realized by circuit composed of temperature switch KSD-01F,output overvoltage and input and output backconnection protection is realized by circuit composed of Lingte LTC4357 chip.The circuit realizes that the thermistor NTC16D-11 is used to suppress the voltage and current surge in the power grid to ensure the stability of AC/DC input voltage.
