摘  要:利用自主改进的静电纺丝装置制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)亚微米纤维/棉纤维复合纱线,并用其制备织物样品。对复合纱线的芯吸性能进行测试,研究PAN亚微米纤维/棉纤维复合纱线结构对纱线导湿性能的影响。对织物样品进行芯吸效应、透湿量、水蒸发速率以及液态水分管理性能测试,研究PAN亚微米纤维/棉纤维复合纱线对织物导湿性能的影响。试验结果表明:PAN亚微米纤维/棉纤维复合纱线对纱线的芯吸性能具有突破性的提升;相比棉纱织物,复合纱线/棉纱织物的芯吸高度、水蒸发速率均提高一倍左右,液态水单向传递指数提高4个等级,但透湿量提升较小。The polyacrylonitrile(PAN) sub-micron fiber/cotton fiber composite yarns were prepared via modified electrospinning process and were weaved into the fabric. The wicking properties of the composite yarn were tested to study the effect of the composite yarn structure of PAN sub-micron fiber/cotton fiber on its wet performance. The wicking effect, moisture permeability, water evaporation rate and liquid moisture management performance were tested to study the effect of PAN sub-micron fiber/cotton fiber composite yarn on the fabric moisture transfer ability. The experimental results show that PAN sub-micron fiber/cotton fiber composite yarn has a breakthrough in improving the wicking properties of yarn. Compared with the cotton fabric, the wicking height and the water evaporation rate of the composite yarn/cotton yarn fabric are approximately doubled, and dynamic water unidirectional transmission index increases by four levels, but moisture vapor transmission rate enhances slightly.
