摘 要:为优化覆膜支架的顺应性,探索合理的金属支架结构参数,设计并制备了一系列结构差异化的覆膜支架,并对其顺应性进行表征。结果表明:随着金属支架角度的增大,金属支架段同一圆周内的金属丝上和覆膜上相邻两点顺应性差异增大;随着金属支架环间的距离增大,覆膜段顺应性有所增大;相较于Z型金属支架,M型金属支架段的顺应性沿圆周更为均匀一致,从血流动力学的角度考虑,M型支架可能更具优势。因此,通过适当增大金属支架角度、支架环间距离及采用M型支架则有利于提高覆膜支架的顺应性。In order to improve the compliance of stent graft and explore the reasonable structural parameters of metal stents,a series of stent grafts with structurally differentiated stents were designed and prepared,and their compliance were evaluated.The results show that the compliance difference of neighboring test positions on stent and graft in one circle in stented zone increases with the increased apex angle.With the increase of stent spacing,the compliance of graft zone increases.Compared with Z-stented graft,the compliance of stented zone of M-stented graft tends to be more uniform circumferentially.From the hemodynamics point of view,M-stented configuration tends to be more advantage.Appropriate increase of stent apex angle and stent spacing as well as incorporating M-stented graft will be helpful to improve the stent graft compliance.
